Ingredients:
3 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons cayenne
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon Tabasco
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together.
Store in refrigerator in airtight container for up to two weeks after initial preparation.
Multiply this recipe if you wish to use frequently.
To use, simply slather mixture onto brisket on all sides and grill or smoke as directed.
