Ingredients:
2 cups of your favorite beer
1 tablespoon salt
½ cup of olive oil
vegetable oil, or peanut oil
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
½ of vinegar
1 tablespoon of horseradish
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 garteaspoon lic powder
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together
pour oven meat in zip lock bad or bowl with lid
Marinate for minimum of 4 hours
Overnight is best
