Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sherry 4 each Cloves garlic 6 tbsp Soy sauce 2 tsp Plum sauce 2 tbsp Black bean paste 6 tbsp Hoisin Sauce 2 tsp Salt 1 1/2 tsp Chinese 5-spice 1/2 cup Sugar
Instructions:
Mix together well. Heat in double boiler - add cornstarch for thickening.
