  Mom’s Rustic Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients:
¼ cup canola oil
1 small onion (diced)
2 teaspoons fresh onion chives (chopped)
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons chili powder (more if you like it spicy)
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Sauté onion and chives in oil.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for about half an hour.

Serve on your choice of meat.
Better on beef...
